New clients receive one calendar month free from signup. Extend access manually, switch a client’s subscription on or off, or reset their Deriv link. Passwords are never displayed. Access changes stop new bot purchases when active sessions recheck permission, within 45 seconds; accepted contracts still settle.

Verify the client’s identity before sharing this link. It expires in 30 minutes and works once. The client chooses a new Ticklab password; you never see it.

Blocked Deriv accounts

Blocking a Deriv account prevents it from connecting through another Ticklab account. A Deriv-link reset does not remove a block. Unblock the relevant account IDs here when appropriate.
